2. Under your account, you will see "billing information" & "shipping information".

How do I update my credit card?

Please follow the below steps to update your credit card information: 

1. Select the Log in button on the upper right corner.

2. Under your account, you will see "billing information".

3. Under billing information, you can view your payment source, update your card, and even change your billing address if you have moved.

How do I change my membership?

If you would like to upgrade your membership from seasonal to annual you are able to do so during specific periods of the season. Unfortunately, you are not able to upgrade during the billing period or shipping period.

To upgrade your membership please follow the steps below: 

1. Select the Log in button on the upper right corner.

2. Select "membership & perks", the second tab at the top of your account dashboard. 

3. You will see your current plan listed as "Pay-As-You-Go".

4. Select "Edit Subscription".

5. You will then be prompted to select "upgrade your membership!"

6. Select "Upgrade Membership" in the next window! 

7. You will now see that your current plan is listed as "Prepay for 1 Year".

Billing

When will I be billed?

If you are an ANNUAL MEMBER, you will be auto-billed once every year following your fourth box with us, before the new season starts!

The price will not change and you will be billed at $349.99 each year.

If you are a Seasonal Member, you will be billed $99.99 four times per year.

Billing dates are:

Spring Box: February 15

Summer Box: May 24

Fall Box: August 15

Winter Box: November 15

For both Annual and Seasonal members, you will continue to be billed every year, unless you cancel your membership. If you do want to cancel, please make sure to do so before your next billing date.

When will my membership be renewed?

If you are an ANNUAL MEMBER, you will be auto-billed a year from your first sign-up date on the 15th of that month.The price will not change and you will be billed at $349.99 each year.

If you are a SEASONAL MEMBER, you will be billed $99.99 four times per year.

Renewal Dates:

Spring: Mid-February

Summer: Mid-May

Fall: Mid-August

Winter: Mid-November

For both Annual and Seasonal members, you will continue to be billed every year, unless you cancel your membership. If you do want to cancel, please make sure to do so before your next billing date.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes! All subscriptions auto-renew unless noted for cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please review our cancellation policy in our FAQs or email us at boxofstyle@zoemg.com!

Can I use more than one payment method?

When you place your order, you are only able to use one form of payment. We do not offer the option to split the payment between multiple cards or payment methods.

Shipping

When does my Box ship?

Spring Boxes begin shipping mid-March.

Summer Boxes begin shipping mid-June.

Fall Boxes begin shipping mid-September.

Winter Boxes begin shipping mid-December.

Once all orders are placed, including any new customers, we ship the next boxes based on your Chic status with us below:

Annual Members: All annual members have their boxes ship first!

Style Insiders: (members who have had 4 or more boxes with us) will ship after annual members.

Members: (members who have had less than 4 boxes with us) will ship after style insiders.

Once we have shipped all continuing subscribers, we begin with our new members. If you are a new member who purchases after all existing members have been shipped then your box will ship within 5 to 6 days.

Please note, it can take 3-7 business days days to be packed with love before shipping out.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the United States (including the territory Puerto Rico), United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

Box of Style is proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

All boxes are shipped via FedEx Smartpost. FedEx SmartPost utilizes the US Postal Service to make final delivery of your package.  Please note your box will be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Have issues received packages without signature required? For international orders going to Australia, Canada, and the UK, there is a $15 (USD) shipping cost per Box, which does not include duties, taxes, or any applicable fees. If you are a seasonal member, this $15 (USD) will be deducted automatically every season as a separate charge. You will see this as a separate transaction from your re-bill cost for that season. If you are an annual member, we charge $60 at the start of your membership with us to cover shipping costs for the year. Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping flat rate. Please note, some orders may experience customs delays.

Which carrier do you use?

Depending on your location, your Box of Style will be shipped using FedEx or USPS. Please note, your package may ship FedEx SmartPost which utilizes USPS for final delivery. This means, your package will be delivered to your doorstep by the US Postal Service without signature required.

International Shipping

How long will it take for my Box to arrive?

For continuing members who renew or are within their annual subscription, your Box will be the first to go out each season. We strongly encourage you to maintain your subscription so your Box goes out first.

For new customers, or customers who re-subscribe, your Box will ship after existing subscriber Boxes have shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to Canada and 2 to 3 weeks for delivery to the UK and Australia.

In both cases, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Box has shipped.

Am I responsible for additional fees?

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All Box of Style purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of any Box of Style boxes, individual products, or add-on purchases. Any items or boxes returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box of Style does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Zoe Media Group.

Can I track my return?

Absolutely! If we have authorized a return for you, your return tracking number will be on the prepaid label we email to you.

An item in my box arrived damaged. What do I do?

Box of Style works incredibly hard to ensure the highest quality products in every single box. We do extensive Quality Assurance of all products in each box, both in-house as well as testing by a third-party accredited testing laboratory, for the highest quality testing possible. If you receive a product in your box that is damaged please contact Member Experience within 30 days of receiving your shipment by contacting us. A Member Experience Advocate will take care of everything for you within 72 business hours.

Can I exchange items in my Box?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items as every box is individually curated.

 

Membership

Which type of memberships do you offer?

We currently offer both annual and seasonal membership options. An annual membership is charged in full at checkout and is $349.99, not including any taxes or international shipping and fees that may apply, for four boxes throughout the year. A seasonal membership is $99.99, not including any taxes or international shipping and fees that may apply, re-billed four times a year for each calendar season.

Can I give a gift subscription?

Unfortunately, the Gift A Box feature is not available at this time! To be notified when gifting options are available again, please email us at boxofstyle@zoemg.com.

What's included with my membership?

SEASONAL MEMBERS:

All members will receive four (4) Boxes each year. One box for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Any seasonal member who has received four (4) or more boxes with us, automatically becomes a Style Insider. If you are a Style Insider, your box will ship out before any new members! You are also able to make selections for your choice item and access the add-on marketplace before members who have had less than 4 boxes with us. You will also receive exclusive promotions at ShopRachelZoe.com and the option to Refer a Friend for credits towards your account.  

ANNUAL MEMBERS:

All members will receive four (4) Boxes each year. One box for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Boxes of Annual members ship first! You are also able to make selections for your choice item and access the add-on marketplace before any other member.  All annual members also have access to exclusive promotions at ShopRachelZoe.com and the option to Refer a Friend for credits towards your account.

Can I buy just one box?

Box of Style is a subscription service in which you must become a member, either seasonally or annually, in order to receive our boxes and have access to our member exclusive add-on marketplace! You need either a seasonal or annual subscription in order to receive our Boxes. You have the option, as an active member only, to gift either one box or purchase a gift card to be used towards a membership. Just make sure you are signed into your account and select ‘Gift a Box’!

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

ALL Box of Style memberships renew automatically (Annual and Seasonal). Annual Box of Style memberships can be cancelled anytime during the subscription period, which is the entire year. However, the remaining boxes in that year will still ship as this membership is paid for in full, up front. Seasonal Box of Style Memberships can be cancelled during the subscription period but only after the first Box has shipped. If you would like to cancel your seasonal subscription, make sure to do so before the re-bill on the 15th of the first month of the season; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box. There are no cancellation fees.

You can cancel your membership in the "membership & perks" section of your account or by contacting us here and selecting "Cancellation Request". Cancelling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges.

Can I purchase a box from a past season?

Some fan favorite boxes may be available in the add-on marketplace, but this is not the case for every box or every season.

How do I make selections?

If you are a new member subscribing for the first time, please click ‘Get the Box’ on the top right-hand corner. You will then be able to customize and order a box.

If you are an existing member, please follow the below steps:

1. Select the Log in button on the upper right corner.

3. You will see your upcoming box and can choose add-ons and edit your selection. 

What is included in my box?

5 pieces that are curated by Rachel to include the chicest finds for that season across beauty, lifestyle, skincare, and wearables.

How do I purchase add-ons?

If you are a new customer, you will be prompted with the option to select add-ons to add to your box before checkout! 

If you are an existing member, please follow the below steps: 
1. Log In to your account
2. Under YOUR ACCOUNT, select "Your Orders". 

3. Here you will see two buttons: "choose selections" and "choose add-ons".

Promotions

Can a current member use a promo code?

Most promo codes are for new customers only. However, we do run promotions for current members throughout the year! Make sure to sign-up for email notifications from us so that you are the first to know about any current member promotions.

How does a GILT voucher work?

GILT vouchers are purchased via the GILT website. Once you have purchased your voucher for Box of Style, GILT will send you an email with a voucher coupon code that can be used at boxofstyle.com.You must add this coupon code during checkout so that you will not be charged for the first box of your membership.

 

All Gilt vouchers create an on-going subscription so you will be re-billed for the next upcoming season and all seasons after that. If you only want one season, you'll have to request to cancel your subscription after you receive your box. If you need help, please email us at boxofstyle@zoemg.com

Can I use more than one promo code?

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Can I use the same promo code more than once?

Promo codes are one-time per customer only.

Refer-A-Friend

How does the refer-a-friend program work?

Our refer-a-friend program is currently unavailable due to technical issues. We are working on this and it will return very soon! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! 

Each referral gets you a $15 credit that will automatically be applied to your next re-bill. If you are an annual subscription and purchase add-ons before your annual re-bill date, this credit will be applied there.

This is how referrals work:

1) Once you're logged in, click 'Refer a Friend' at the top of the page and enter your friend's email address.

2) Your friend gets an email welcoming them to Box of Style and takes them to our page where they can enter their email address.

3) A second email is sent to your friend with your unique referral promotion code. They can either click through the code, which will automatically add it to their cart, or they can copy and paste it in the promotion code section during checkout.

If any of these steps are missed then the credit doesn't get back to you. We realize this process isn't the easiest, but it is the best way to ensure authentic referrals are received and credited to the person who referred them. Feel free to communicate this with your referrals to make sure they hit every step so you get the credit!

Refer-A-Friend Terms & Conditions

QUALIFIED REFERRAL

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase of a Box of Style membership made at boxofstyle.com by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Qualified Referrals are considered to include either Seasonal or Annual Box of Style memberships. Regardless of the amount spent by Referred Customer, only one Qualified Referral will be attributed to the referrer.

REFERRED CUSTOMER

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Each qualified referral will credit the Referrer’s account $15 to be deducted at the time of renewal or when purchasing add-ons through the Box of Style Add-on Boutique. In order for Referrer to receive his/her complimentary Box of Style, Referred Customer may not cancel new subscription prior to the receipt of first Box of Style.

REFERRAL REWARDS

For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $84.99 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.

REWARD PAYMENTS

For both Seasonal and Annual Box of Style memberships, Rewards will be automatically applied and the Referrer will receive a $15 credit for every Referred Customer deducted from their renewal payment or purchase of add-ons. Cancellations and refunds still apply. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Box of Style Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.

NO SPAM

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Box of Style Refer-a-Friend program.

 

RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS

Box of Style reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Box of Style Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS

Box of Style reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
